WEEE Collection and Recycling Arrangements - Spain

Specac products are sold in Spain by distributors. The distributor acts as the importer of the equipment into Spain. Thus the distributor has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Spain.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Specac products that the dealer sells in Spain.
