WEEE Collection and Recycling Arrangements - Malta

Specac products are sold in Malta by dealers and distributors. The dealers and distributors act as the importer of the equipment into Malta. Thus the dealers and distributors have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Malta.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Specac products that the dealer sells in Malta.
