WEEE Collection and Recycling Arrangements - Lithuania
Specac products are sold in Lithuania by dealers and distributors. The dealers and distributors act as the importer of the equipment into Lithuania. Thus the dealers and distributors have the legal responsibility to:
- Register as the WEEE producer in Lithuania.
- Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Specac products that the dealer sells in Lithuania.
