WEEE Collection and Recycling Arrangements - Italy

Specac products are sold in Italy by distributors. The distributor acts as the importer of the equipment into Italy. Thus the distributor has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Italy.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Specac products that the dealer sells in Italy.
