Opto-Physics Infrared Polarizers

GS57500 Series Wire Grid Polarizer

Specac offer a range of holographic infrared wire grid polarizers for general-purpose optical physics applications.

  

These IR polarizers are offered from stock on calcium fluoride (CaF2), barium fluoride (BaF2), zinc selenide (ZnSe), and thallium bromoiodiode (KRS-5) substrates. Manufactured with a grid periodicity of 2500 lines/mm, they offer acceptable extinction coefficient and transmission throughput performance at an economical price.

 

Specac's Opto-Physics Infrared Polarizer are mounted in 25 mm or 50 mm support rings to be compatible with standard laboratory physics optical component mounting accessories.
